Q: Please can I have the seller's details? I need to contact the seller as the item is faulty.

Q: Is there a removable film on the clock face?

I have had my clock for more than 12 months but from what I can remember there was no film on the clock face

Q: Can this be put on outside wall

I don't think it would stand up to the wind and rain. It certainly doesn't look like an outdoor clock to me, the tail feathers are too fragile in my opinion

Q: Can't get clock to keep time can any one help

It's beautiful .To change the time you have to remove the battery then move the hands carefully and never backward , however on wall it must be perfectly straight .Mine is stunning but if you still have a problem get Amazon to replace it .
