The taste is similar to fruit punch and when made at full strength, the consistency is a bit too close to Sunny Delight for my liking. The 24 oz. dilution is perfect and sweet. I have noticed an improvement in productivity and feeling engaged. When I need to get things done and make magic happen, I know Spark will help get me there. I have never felt like my teeth were chattering, similar to drinking a Red Bull too quickly. The sensation is pleasant and not jittery at all. The canister lasts for a decent amount of time, especially when mixed 24 oz style. (1 scoop to 24 oz water). Review: So good! - This stuff is amazing! I seriously cannot function without it. I’ve taken spark for the past 5 years and my body has not become immune to it. I drink one serving per day and i like that it has no crash! I feel the energy almost instantly without a headache or jitters. Highly recommend spark!

So good!

Taste amazing
Great sweet tangy tasting very energizing and I don’t feel guilty for the boost with caffeine because there so many vitamins included with each serving

The Perfect Sports Drink
Excellent sports drink. It was recommended to me by a friend who had won a Silver medal in the Beijing Olympics. I figured if it was something that he used in training I would certainly try it! It is all that I use now. I'm in my late 50's and cycle, swim, paddle etc for fitness and fun. It definitely works.

Great product! Watermelon/Fruit Punch are great. I am always disappointed when I open the can and find it only half full. I do not feel I am getting full value for the cost.

Arrived early and Delicious!
I got my powder early and it arrived nicely packaged. It tasted delicious with no after taste and I felt a surge of energy after taking it. Definitely worth it.

Great stuff
Love the spark fruit punch . The price is too high. Which leads me not to buy this as much. Gave me energy and no feeling of fatigue was easy for me to get off soda with this . But too expensive I can’t afford to get this alot
