Hat is foam & small
Looks good but the hat is foam and isn't very deep it sits right on the top of your head, so hard to keep on. But it definitely looks like Mary Poppins.

Not good quality
The hat is too big, super flimsy. i had to pin it in the back to get some sort of shape. It came crushed on one side, so I'm willing to bet it's not very durable beyond this use.The gloves are not stretchy and hard to put on, but fine once they are.The neck piece is cheaply made and started coming apart as soon as it came from the package. The neck is so small, I had to extend it with safety pins. (I have a normal to small size neck so it was comical how the neck fit versus the hat).Wouldn't buy it again, but it worked for the costume for an evening.

If you can make your own do so if not this will do.
I bought this for my costume. Most of the reviews say not to buy this but I’d say if your in a Jeff buy it. It definitely does it’s purpose. I made it work. If you can make your own hat do so. The quality isn’t the greatest, the gloves run small and I didn’t use the bow tie. But all in all like I said I made it work.

Expected more
The hat itself is made of fabric, polyester type. Expected a straw hat with adornment. Some of the cherry decorations were cracked upon arrival. From the audience, 30 ft away, hat looked ok, just expected better quality for price. Also, the tie was too tight, small, for a petite actress's neck. We ended up not using it unfortunately due to time factors (but could have placed new elastic or Velcro on it). Would not recommend.
