The Broken Token Acrylic Tokens Compatible with Terraforming Mars (3)

This product is great. People are saying they are hard to build and that they arent what is advertised but they are very simple to "build" and are exactly what is advertised. Very nice pieces that take the game just a step up visually than it already was. Very good price too.

I kinda wish the O2 and the temperature colors were reversed but it's still a fun addition to the game.

These are a very nice and affordable option to enhance your game. Terraforming Mars comes with bland white cubes to use for markers. These replace those with a nice looking marker. I chose this set over others because I really like that the acrylic look matches with the acrylic player markers in the game. The only problem as far as that goes is the red is a bit too dark. However these are miles beyond those white cubes. Especially for such a great price.The (color) markers were a perfect fit for the (black) base. Tight enough to stay together without requiring glue. I would caution you to allot an hour just to peel the protective covering off the acrylic pieces. Maybe there is a trick I don’t know, but this was painful. Do not wait until game night to put these together. But you’ll only ever have to do it once.I did deduct one star because my black base squares all came connected. This means there are small sharp points on the sides where they were broken apart that will need to be sanded down. However, for such a low price, I’m still going with four stars and recommending them.Great bang for your buck on a game upgrade here.NOTE: For those who plan to buy the Venus Next token to match these, I did have significant problems with that one (see my review on that item), but I am not using that in this review since these three tokens were great.

Nice addition to Terraforming Mars for my gaming completionist husband. Good quality.

Our friends were amazed by these little markers that we got for the Terraforming Mars game. Everyone loved it when we brought it to our game night! It's just a small touch to the game, but it definitely adds enjoyment to the gaming experience.

Yes it is totally unnecessary and yes I enjoy using them. No complaints and are fairly sturday.Only problem is that you have to get the Venus marker from the Broken token directly. It was manufactured separately, plus you need to file the Venus token down to fit the base.

Looks nothing like the pictue. Miss advertisement. The prices that come need to be put together and are made out of some recycled wood of some kinda and other marks on them that make them look very tacky.
