Kingston Brass Sd7605 Decorative Soap Dispenser - Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish

Item is beautiful for the first year. Then the finish starts coming off. After three years it developed many tiny pinholes and the soap leaks out and looks like crystals on the spout. It is terrible. I have only ever used Dawn dishwashing soap in it. I have dispensers that are 1/4 of the price, still have their finish and do not leak. I reached out to the company as I believed there was a ten year warranty but I was told it’s only a one year warranty. Don’t be fooled by the fancy name. It’s the worst dispenser I’ve had yet! If I could give zero stars I would.

I bought this because the old identical one wasn't delivering the right amount of soap - underwhelming you might say. The new one is the same.

Sits too low to the counter

I purchased this soap dispenser to go with my Kingston Brass GSY7705ACLBS 8" Centerset Kitchen Faucet. Same manufacturer & both are in oil-rubbed bronze, but the colors are completely different! As you can see in the photo, the dispenser is much shinier & lighter in color (even more so in person). It’s beautiful, but unfortunately I have to return it because the difference is way too noticeable.

We installed it 2 weeks ago. The soap pump doesn't pump soap. Terrible mechanism design. The tube for the soap is teeny and the ability to press down and get a good draw of soap doesn't happen. It's a beautifully designed piece, but useless.
