Muy buen material y acabados, cómoda en la parte interna a diferencia de otras que son solo el cuero esta trae una capa suave, en cuanto a la talla es mediana nacional pero no estaría de mas pedir una talla mas para que tengas mas soporte, un poco rígida de momento (naturalmente) veremos que tal con el paso del tiempo y uso, ademas que trae una bolsilla para guardarla :) 💪🏼👍🏼

I am a 50 yr old woman, 5 ft and 95 lbs. I started trying to lift as heavy as possible to gain weight and support bones and muscle. I was using my daughters jaffick belt to do squats and deadlifts. 80 lb squat and 100 lb deadlift. My back hurt during and after exercises with jaffick belt. She wanted jaffick belt back so i bought this belt. Its stiffer and thicker with no pad in the back. I have no back pain anymore when lifting and was able to increase my weights 5 to 10 lb on both deadlift and squat. I'm very happy with it. Everyone said it was sized smaller so i ordered a sz up for me, a small instead of xs. I'm using the 4th smallest buckle. I think the xs would have worked too there are lots of buckle holes. Happy with more back support and increasing lift weight.
