Reliable, High-Quality Device That Truly Helps with Sleep and Stress Relief
I’ve been using this Vagus Nerve Stimulator for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say it’s made a noticeable difference in my sleep and overall stress levels. The design is sleek and lightweight, and it’s very easy to use. I just put it on during my wind-down routine in the evening or when I’m feeling overwhelmed during the day. What I appreciate most is how personalized it feels. The gentle stimulation is calming without being distracting, and it helps me shift into a more relaxed state within minutes. I’ve been sleeping more deeply and waking up feeling more refreshed. It’s also been helpful during the day when I feel mentally drained or anxious. It gives me a sense of calm and clarity without needing to rely on medication or caffeine. I didn’t expect it to work this well, but I’m really impressed. Overall, this device has become an important part of my wellness routine. It’s well-made, effective, and truly delivers on its promise to support recovery and relaxation.

It’s like hitting the chill button for your brain 😌
Got this device because I’ve been constantly stressed out, not sleeping well, and running on empty. After just a few days of using Pulsetto, I could actually feel the difference. Falling asleep got easier, I wake up less grumpy, and little things don’t trigger me anymore. The design is sleek and modern — looks like something out of a sci-fi show 😎 Super easy to use, comfortable to wear, and the app is pretty cool too. Love being able to track my HRV and see real improvement. My numbers before and after were 🔥 If you’re always in “I’m about to burn out” mode or just need a nervous system reboot, this is 100% worth trying. Pulsetto feels like a reset button for your brain 🧠💤

Not worth the price tag
I've been bombarded with ads on social media for various as-seen-on-IG influencer-shilled health and wellness "products" recently, and to transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulation (tVNS)'s credit, it does seem to be one for which there appears to be some benefit vs sham stimulation for certain conditions. I decided to give Pulsetto a try since its negative reviews only mentioned non-functional devices or problems with fit. Another issue I noticed when trying to research tVNS online is that there isn't clear reporting on how the treatment is supposed to feel. I see that Pulsetto advertises immediate changes after one use (4 minutes) and/or changes over two weeks of twice a day usage, but this hasn't been the case for me. I have an anxiety disorder with associated symptoms like depression, IBS, poor sleep, chronic stress, etc., and I take prescription medication to manage these symptoms including an SSRI, prokinetic drug, a low dose of beta blocker, etc. The Pulsetto's settings by default are an intensity of "5" and stimulation on the right and left electrodes, which seems to be at odds with reasoning I've seen in scientific papers with regard to implanted vagal stimulators, e.g. "The right vagus nerve predominantly supplies the atria and SA node and provides cardioinhibitory tone. In contrast, stimulation of the left vagal nerve, which innervates the ventricles, has not been shown to cause any significant change in cardiac rhythm or rate. This observation is the rationale for implanting vagal nerve stimulator leads in proximity to the left vagus nerve because stimulation of the right vagal nerve might lead to bradycardia." (Muppidi 2011) Each Pulsetto session type is given a name in the app like "anxiety", "burnout", etc. I don't know what the differences between these modes are other than duration, and that Stress/Anxiety/Pain are accompanied by warnings to only do them twice a day, while Sleep does not carry a warning, and Burnout may be used without limit. The first time I used Pulsetto, the session turned on the electrical stimulation at intensity 5 a couple of seconds in, and I felt like I'd been hit in the throat and that my facial muscles were spasming and being dragged to one side of my face. I desperately turned down the intensity on the smartphone app, which stepped down to the lowest level after a short delay. A $30 TENS unit will start at zero and instruct the user to increase the intensity until they just perceive the tingling sensation. For subsequent sessions, I changed the default settings to intensity "1" and left side electrode only. Intensity 1 still comes on suddenly, but it merely produces a tingling sensation in the skin and some slight tightness/pulling feeling in my lips and jaw. I haven't experienced any changes in my mood or sleep on a day-to-day basis after using the Pulsetto as directed (with the gel, twice a day, etc.). It does produce a tingling sensation/stimulates the muscles while used, but this does not provide the promised benefits (changes to heart rate, reduced feelings of anxiety and burnout, improved sleep quality, etc.) for me. The app's various modes do not provide details on the differences between them. I can't recommend Pulsetto as it has far too high a price tag, even on sale at 268 USD. I remain curious in regard to tVNS and TENS in general, but not enough to justify this amount of money.

Helps me relax after a long day
I’ve been using this neck device for about five days, mostly in the evenings before go to the bed. It’s very comfortable to wear, soft, lightweight and it sits good on the neck without any discomfort. The app is simple and intuitive. I had no trouble connecting the device and adjusting the settings is quick and easy. The controls are clear and user-friendly. What I really enjoy is using it with the music from the app. Together with the gentle pulses, it creates a calming experience that helps me unwind after a busy day. It truly puts me in the mood for sleep and I’ve noticed I’ve been falling asleep more easily since I started using it. The sensation of the microcurrents was a bit unusual at first. But now I find that it helps reduce tension in my neck and shoulders. Overall, I think it’s a great device for relaxation and stress relief. I’m not expecting any miracles, but I can already see a difference in how calm I feel in the evenings. It’s a nice part of my nighttime routine now.

I bought Pulsetto to improve my sleep and reduce stress, and the results pleasantly surprised me. Within just a few days of using it, I noticed that I fall asleep faster, and my sleep has become deeper and more restful. I especially love how this device helps me unwind after a busy day it truly feels like my nervous system calms down. The app shows changes in HRV, which makes it even more motivating to keep using it. It’s easy to use, and the device itself is convenient both at home and on the go. We also took it with us on a long road trip. Normally, long drives, changing environments, and stress affect my sleep and overall well-being a lot, but with Pulsetto, I felt much calmer and recovered faster. I especially appreciate how compact it is and it became an irreplaceable thing for our journey.

Yes I like it, and I use it almost daily. It does not fix heart arrhythmia, at least in my case. Medium setting (level 7, 12 minutes, sleep program) good for a more restful sleep it seems. Also feel more energy though that could be from supplementation too. Perhaps overdoing it (always on level 9) isn't indicated either. Does not work well without gel. Yes the gel is a bit of a letdown but it's a minor one. I just put the green conducting gel (pea-size shape) on the electrodes (even recommended on the Pulsetto site itself, where it has the sale info for more green gel) and rub it in well (needed) rather than on my neck directly. It works nearly just as well, especially if you wiggle the pulsetto a bit when you just put it on (to spread/lock in the gel). Then just use 2 tissues to wipe up your neck and the device when done. Recommended.

I've been using the Pulsetto Vagus Nerve Stimulator for about a month now, and I'm honestly impressed. I was sceptical at first, but... The device is lightweight, easy to wear, and surprisingly comfortable. I use it for about 15–20 minutes before bed, and it noticeably helps me wind down. My sleep has become more restful and consistent, and I wake up feeling more refreshed. I’ve also noticed a reduction in my overall stress levels — I feel calmer and less reactive during the day.
