The listing was different. I ordered the athletes feet powder but received the jock itch. I didn't return it because I just didn't want to go through the hassle.

how do you get the cap off

You don't need to take the cap off for normal use---just twist the cap.If you want to get every bit of powder after normal use, the pry the cap off with a screwdriver.
