Bought this as a white elephant gift. They loved it. He had just bought a smoker so it worked out beautifully. Knife was sharp when it arrived. Beautifully made and durable. Hoping it last him!! Great product for the price I got it at!! And its so pretty!! I almost kept it for myself!!

Very sharp, cuts easily through homemade bread. The long blade works great when slicing through an entire package of Hawaiian dinner rolls to make a 9 x 13 pan of sliders. I’m pleased with this purchase.

A decent knife. The 10 inch is kind of large though.

Great knife. Very sharp. Works perfectly for cutting my homemade sourdough loaves using a bamboo cutting guide. I need to be careful while using the cutting guide because the knife is sharp enough to graze and cut the bamboo guides. Slow and steady gets it done though

For the price it is sharp and cuts great I wish it came with a sheath instead of having to keep it in the box it came in.

An amazing Quality filleting knife. It looks amazing. It is strong and very versatile. It has just the right amount of flex. CAUTION, CAUTION, CAUTION........ it IS SUPER SHARP.
