This little machine works great, and makes making healthy fresh food for your baby easy!

My unit is defective, It exploded both times. I put water just below the water level, and it exploded on my kitchen, then I tried it on my backyard, and it exploded again. This was while trying to disinfect the unit prior first use. Don't buy, it's expensive and dangerous.

So far, so good. It’s pretty easy to use and I love that it will sterilize objects as well as steam and purée food.

We bought a lots of things ahead and this was one of those. We got in April and never opened it. To our surprise part were missing and the was a reddish stain in the bottom of the cup.

I bought it for few months but haven't used it. Now I need a replacement for the blade holder but I do not know how to contact customer service. It's not cheap but then I have to throw it away after only a few times using it? Very upset.

This tiny baby food maker can only make 1 meals for my twins every time. It broke after after I bought it for one month and I don't use it everyday - one piece of plastic is missing that it always shows E1 and won't turn on itself ever again. Waster of money.

This infant baby steamer/blender arrived dirty and smelling like rotten .

Got it as a gift. Worked fine for 4 months. Then it broke (would randomly switch off during cycles). Emailed the manufacturer several times for warranty claim and never heard back. Works great when it works, but poor quality and even more poor customer service.UPDATE: After posting this review, the company did reach out to me. They provided a refund and sent me a new product. I appreciated their follow-up so have updated the review to 3 stars (from 1 previously). still took a long time to get service, but I appreciate the eventual follow-up.
