They last a realy long time, after a while they begin to fade and turn green but they do not slip out or come out like while your sleeping or swimming. Very cute and very secure, absolutely worth the amount.

Cute but pretty thick. If I knew the size of the gauge I would not of bought it since my hole of my nose is small. Brings many different designs!

The jewelry is cute for the first week or so. It tarnishes very quickly and causes my nose piercing pain and irritation . I had to take it out after maybe 2 1/2 weeks to avoid infection. This could possibly be good for someone who may not be sensitive to cheaper jewelry.
