Great coming out of the gate but....
I’m not a fan of this product. After returning my first device for not being able to obtain a full charge once depleted, I found that the second device was no different. When you first receive the device it is almost fully charged but once you deplete the battery, my experience only allowed for 1/2 of the battery life to be restored (2 of 4 charge lights). The initial charge charged three devices simultaneously but now I’m lucky it will fully charge just one. I’ve charged the Power bank for over 36 hours to only reach 1/2 of the potential battery life. I’m beyond my 30 days to return the second device so I thought i’d Let people know of my experience.

Cannot fully charge the Rav after 2.5 months of owning
This charger worked really well for the first couple months of owning it. But the last couple weeks (two and a half months total ownership), I cannot get it to charge fully. No matter how long it stays plugged in, it will not move past the 2nd charge indicator light (half charge). It still charges other devices, but the lifespan now is significantly shorter.EDIT: Updating to a 4 star. The company contacted me and did not hesitate to send a replacement for what was deemed a defective device. If the replacement holds up I'd have no issue giving this product 5 stars.

Replaced a power bank which went bad just after 90 days
This purchase was to replace a power bank which became defective a little more than 90 days from date of purchase/delivery...works well, easy to charge, simple instructions...I got a hard shell case to protect this Power Bank

Pros - lots of charge, cute design, three charging ports.Cons - none, really.Liked it so much I bought another.

I thought the power bank should charge your phone more than 4 times.. That's about it 4 charges only...
