A huge help! I've been deficient in Vitamin D, and my sensitive stomach cannot tolerate the fish-oil based capsules. No discomfort with these tablets whatsoever. They are small and easy to swallow. I'd encourage gulping them fast to avoid a vitamin taste, because they dissolve very fast.

Not great, but good product. Natural factors manufactures their own products in Canada. Most other brands do not make their own products!!

The quantity has reduced from 260 to 180 and the price increased. There are better brands and a fraction of the cost.

Very good D3. I like that this form is derived naturally instead of made artificially. I notice a big difference between not taking them daily and when I do.

I like the fact that it is available at 1000mg. and has organic flaxseed oil

We have been taking this supplement for years it keeps our vitamin D level where it should be
