I'm on my second bottle and I've seen good results in my body. I feel more energetic in the morning when I work, and it has also helped me sleep better. A few weeks ago I also started taking magnesium bisglycinate, which has improved my sleep. Now I can sleep more deeply and I wake up with more energy.

Apenas empecé a tomarlo pero al menos efectos pesados no he sentido en el estómago como con otros suplementos. El producto es muy buen estado.

So far. After receiving, took 2 pills as directed. Massive stomach bloating. quit for 2 days, now doing 1 pill then will go back to 2 pills eventually. Not long enough to notice difference. Hopefully update after going back to 2 pills consistently.
