English instructions do not reflect full assembly process, but Spanish instructions do.
Overall, this is a good product. My only issue was really with the English instructions. The box comes with 3 packs of 3 screws (9 total). The English instructions only identify that there are four screws required for assembling the rollers/feet to the unit, but the instructions complete ignore that the handle also needs to be attached, requiring 2 more screws. Assuming this was some kind of last minute change, you apparently will have an extra 3 screws after assembling the unit. It is just odd that the pictorial instructions for the Spanish manual identify that you need to have two screws for the handle as well. No bueno. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
