Love the salt, 5 stars for the salt. I give the can 2 stars, one for each of the tablespoons I had to throw away bc they were flecked with rust contamination. Do better.

Large Flakes. Mined. 1st world country.I like Cypress salt but its from the Mediterranean which is NOT pollution free. I started looking for salts that cant be readily polluted after reading about plastic in all salt. This lead me to mined salts. Himalayan sounds great but it is mine in Pakistan. Not sure about the standards in Pakistan so crossed that one out. Peruvian salts - ditto. Found this Murray river salt from Australia. Mined from an ancient river bed. Large flakes (not as large as Cypress) and subtle flavor. My go to finishing salt.
