Overall it's a good product from a quality perspective. But does not keep rotis warm and neither it has a locking mechanism. But prevents rotis from becoming soggy. Very easy to clean and looks very nice. But, inspite of all this I really liked it and will recommend if you are ok to ignore the lock feature, warmth.

Don't assume this is casarole. This is just a beautiful container. Product quality is good , look is good and durable. But it's not designed to keep the food hot. Choose wisely

I never thought I'd have to write this about a brand like Borosil, but my experience over the past two weeks has left me both frustrated and disappointed. Here's what happened: I purchased a Borosil bottle from Amazon, trusting the brand's reputation for quality. However, within a short time, the steel bottle started rusting—something I’ve never encountered even with locally purchased bottles. Concerned about the quality, I raised a complaint Since then, it has been a nightmare dealing with Borosil's customer service. Here's a timeline of events: 1️⃣ Despite providing all required details (invoice, photos, screenshots, screen recordings, videos etc.), I was made to wait endlessly for a resolution. 2️⃣ I was offered a voucher instead of a direct replacement, which I accepted reluctantly. However, the voucher code they sent was invalid! 3️⃣ When I flagged the issue, I was told to "wait another 48 working hours"—multiple times! It has now been more than a month, and there is still no resolution. This entire ordeal has been a classic case of customer harassment. What should have been a simple replacement has turned into a series of delays, invalid codes, and unhelpful responses. I’m shocked that a brand as reputed as Borosil lacks accountability and basic customer service protocols. If a brand cannot stand by its products or treat its customers fairly, how can it expect loyalty? I’m sharing this in the hope that Borosil will wake up to the gravity of this issue and resolve it immediately—not just for me, but for others who may face similar experiences. @BorosilIndia, it’s time to walk the talk on quality and service. Please resolve this issue immediately.
