I ordered two 5 lb bags at the same time. One showed up in good condition the other was double bagged because the inner bag had a large puncture in the bottom. Dealing with the punctured bag was a problem and I was only able to get about 4lbs of the 5 to be used. The rest was sacrificed to the floor etc. The product was a powder and not granulated which is why I went with this brand.
