Which bottle keeps water colder??

The Podium Chill is insulated whereas the Podium is not insulated. That being said the insulation helps some, but it's not to the r value of a double wall metal insulated bottle.

What size bottle would someone recommend when using a frame bag?

Not sure what you mean by frame bag; most of these bottles are meant to fit in a standard sized bottle cage; yo may have to check the height of the bottle from a manufacturers description. Hope this is helpful information. Good luck.

We lost the rubber leak valve. Where can I buy replacement valves? Can't seem to find them.

Type camelbak replacement lids in the Amazon search. You’ll have to buy the entire lid assembly, but still cheaper than replacing the whole bottle. Several options will appear.
