Fits my son perfect & definitely a creepy looking costume. True to size

My son loved this costume! It fit well and the mask was good quality

Negatives: *Smell. It stinks. We tried everything to get the smell out, nothing worked. But, it’s not unbearable. *I had to cut around the mouth and the nose so my son could breath. I also trimmed the neck area to make it fit more flush against the costume. Besides that, it was a great costume. Fits true to size. The mask was tight fitting, but, we preferred that. He scared lots of people, and so many people asked where it was purchased from.

SIZE: I ordered this costume for my 10-year-old, and initially I found the sizing information kind of confusing since there's no height recommendation. My daughter sometimes wears a 10-12 and sometimes a 14, so I ordered the XL (12-14 years). The XL costume was HUGE. I'm 5'8, and it would have fit me (and my daughter's about 4'6 and 85 lbs). I returned it for the large, which fit much more appropriately. MASK SMELL: Other reviewers have mentioned this, and it's no joke. There is a powerful chemical smell on the inside of the mask that almost makes it seem dangerous to wear. I would NOT get this the same day and wear it. We've turned the mask inside out and let it air out on our porch for several days, and now it seems fine.

Great costume for my 7 year old grandson.

Good quality. But a bit scary that my son asked me to hang it up in another bedroom, otherwise he wouldn’t fall asleep. :D

Certainly added the creepy into our Halloween. My son is a slender 11 year old so I bought him the 10/12. The Velcro on the back of the costume wouldn’t stay closed so I should have went a size up. Also, the mask was started ripping from putting it on and taking it off. It’s on the small size too. The mask did smell as others stayed but didn’t deter my son from wearing it.

So my preteen got this as a Halloween costume so he could match his best friend who also went as a scary clown for Halloween. The two of them together made quite a terrifying impression. The toddler kept crying and running away from his own brother even when he took the mask off. He called him a dinosaur instead of a clown and said dinosaur roar and then cried and ran to his father every time his brother even attempted to come within a 5 foot radius. Hilarious and tragic all at the same time, if you were looking for a super creepy clown costume for a great price this is your best bet.
