a los chiquitines les fomenta el hábito de lectura, y sobre todo la comprensión del idioma inglés, lo mejor es que viene todo ilustrado, así no se aburren.

The book is great-quality paper, bright illustrations and a meaningful story. Love how Corduroy thinks of his friends and asks Santa to give them presents too. Also it shows Christmas routine pretty well, as in writing a letter to Santa, wrapping gifts, baking cookies, singing carols and leaving a cup of milk with cookies for Santa. Worked great for showing my toddler what we would do for Christmas. Definitely recommend this cute little book!

とってもやさしいくまのコーデュロイが、みんなのほしいプレゼントをあげるお話…… 優しすぎて泣けます。そういう意味では大人も楽しめます。お子さんと一緒に読めたら素敵です！英語の文章が子供に難しい場合は、日本語にして読んであげるのもいいと思います。絵がとにかく素敵でかわいい！（高学年のボーイズにはちょっとファンシーすぎるかもしれません）

We are Corduroy fans and in this story he is realizes that his Christmas wish for himself might mean his friends do not get anything from Santa. Good example for children of thinking about others and sacrificing so that those you care about might also enjoy nice things. There is a great scene where Corduroy discovers gifts under the tree, my five year old was imitating that for days. Classic book for the holiday season and contemplating the "meaning of Christmas".
