I contacted the support number in the packaging and they went above and beyond, they apologized for the issue and overnighted me a replacement and return label. I would most definitely recommend this seller! I will be buying from them again! I think the issue is negligible as stated that functionally isn't a problem and I would say is in the realm of "renewed" condition. They stood by their product and gave an immediate resolve. Replacement phone also looks brand new. Great value for what this phone typically goes for and definitely beats any renewed/refurbished product I've ever received. The expediency offered by this seller is truly unmatched.

Not what I thought I’d get
Seller listed it in good condition and once it came in, it had dust and dirt in the hinge, the phone would not charge when closed and would only charge when angled in a specific way, and lastly was not carrier unlocked as stated and was locked to spectrum. I was really looking forward to trying this phone but did not receive what I had thought it would be. Update: I reached out to the seller about the faults and they quickly got me a return label and replacement and were excellent with making sure I had everything I needed. For the second go around the phone came in perfect and I am very happy with how nice and quick they were to help

compact and foldable; yet a bit heavy. Works well, no issues.
Works very well. Call quality is very good. All of my apps work quite well. No issues so far. Somewhat compact with the additional protective shells we purchased. A bit heavy, but it is a good size phone when fully open. I purchased refurbished which I prefer.

If you are only ever going to use a single US provider this a great phone...
The phone was received in pristine condition. It's a very cool device; unfortunately this model only supports US carriers and is not dual esim. There's no ability to use esim vendors like Airaola or any others; international sim cards will work as. I recommend getting a Canadian version if you want a truly unlocked phone for travel. The seller has great customer support and was able to help resolve the issue very quickly over the phone. Top notch! TLDR; if you are only ever going to use a single US provider this a great phone from a great seller, otherwise skip it.

Avoid this seller
Phone was great…for 90 days. Then, the screen died and will not display anything. Seller will not help even though it is an Amazon Renewed purchase.
