It’s the best insole I have used so far.
The quality, the look and the feel is superb. I use it for my badminton shoes and it is the best. There was some glitch initially regarding the delivery but they acted fast and it reached me on time.

Spenco produces great products, I have been using them since 1970 and used them in all my shoes and boots since then, I have run many marathons over the past 54 years and trekked tens of thousands of miles, I am now 75 and have no visible wear in my leg joints. It is solely due to this product without which I would have been having knee and hip operations due to wearing out the joints through excessive exercise over more than half a century. Feel free to use this reference as you see fit. Regards Roger Barry, New Zealand

Great replacement for worn-out insoles in teenage boy’s tennis shoes. Comfortable fit with more support and substance

They outlasted the shoes doing 20km walking a day

I use these in my running shoes (30Km/week). They get mud-soaked every run in winter (I run in marsh forest). This has no effect on them whatsoever regarding wear and dampening. Even with this abuse, they will easily last three years (this is my third pair). Also use them in my combat boots.

Pro: these things are pretty comfortable - absorb the decent amount of impact - as good grip for the base so it doesn't move around - sizing as accurate as you could probably get on a generic insole Con - speaking of grip is double-edged benefit and disadvantage meaning that it's a little difficult to actually get it in. But once it's in there it doesn't move at all which is good and bad. Hence why in the video I have a piece of tape running down the middle which allows me to squeeze the ends and then slide it on that part of tape with less friction -You need a decent sharp pair of scissors to cut these things, which isn't really a con, but it's a little annoying for me as they are made with a decent material that doesn't tear easily -The arch support is very minimal so if you have flat feet or something that you would require really high arch support this might not be for you. But if it's just for your generic everyday shoes then this thing's perfect
