The Complete Live and Learn and Pass It On

I love this book and have ordered numerous copies over the years. I have a couple copies and I've bought them as gifts and everyone that has received them loves them. A father's wisdom collected and shared with his son is now benefitting others by being offered in this insightful book. Love it and recommend it highly. I especially love gifting it to young adults.

I read parts of this to my elderly mother when she was ill and she fell in love with the "life wisdom" packed into it. We laughed, marveled, and talked about things we read in it. It turns out we both related to some of the same parts and learned new things about each other in other parts. This book is packed with a whole lot of "life wisdom" and observation from unique perspectives. Mother loved this book so much I bought a copy for her and she truly cherished it right up to her passing. Talk about spanning generations! This book does that.

This book has MANY quotes from people of all ages regarding life. Some are somewhat simplistic and some really get you to think. Topics include everything that life brings both good and bad...but I particularly enjoyed the ones about "trust." I had trouble putting it down and read the entire book (it is small...but thick) in a weekend. It reminded me of "Life's Little Instruction Book," which is more direct/specific and one of my favorites. However, this one not only offers some wise insight, but just a little bit of cuteness is thrown in too.

This witty little book has a lot of truth to it. Wish it was a little larger ( taller & wider ) a small book.

Great mini book for youngsters to learn and put in practice good ethical ways in daily life situation. Tips basically to get alone with people in a charmin and positive matter with good tactics. Great gift for school graduation.
