Fixed a lingering problem
Was having fits with the Knock Sensor on a 2000 Tahoe z71 and this turned out to be the cure. Long story short, despite the computer code saying faulty knock sensor, the lead was actually the real issue. I replaced the knock sensor 2 times (figuring I got a defective one the first time the check engine light came back on). Despite the mechanic's insistence that the lead was fine, I decided to call a friend of mine who works for a Chevy dealer to see what he thought. Instantly he knew what was wrong. He said without question it is the connector for the knock sensor. It was a cheap enough gamble so I gave it a go and voila. 2 things to note. The mechanic blew it but it wasn't all his fault. He tested the old lead for continuity, and it had it. He tested resistance and it was ok. However, the lead was only getting continuity and good resistance numbers to the sensor when angled a certain way do to age and wear. Chevy's are notorious for problems with these things and passlock systems. The second thing is that if you get this part and do the job be very careful with the plug so you don't crack it. They are quite hard...They will break, so use restraint. Oh, and be sure to reset the error code after you fix the issue or the light will likely stay on. Good luck!

Satisfied
The product worked fine, I put it on my truck and no check engine light. I just don't care for the lies about the gifts and the gift cards. Do what you say and things will be fine, no more broken promises.

Just like OEM, maybe better
After doing a lot of replacement on emissions modules/components on several of the older vehicles I own, I find that over the years many of the connectors have become brittle due to under hood heat and age to the point where many of them crack or burst open when removing them from the component. Another trip to the parts shop and I live way out in the boonies! I went back into town and bought a connector from the well known big A parts store. It cost almost twice as much as the component did. When I got it home I saw that it wasn't designed as OEM (although the box said it was) but in fact would accept up to 3 wires, not just a single wire. I hooked it up and plugged it onto the component. The pressure I applied shoved the connector all the way back to where the wire was connected. I hopped online and Googled the part, and to my surprise Amazon showed it in stock! Not only in stock but it was Prime. I one clicked it. Also, it was Delco, the original supplier of the component. Three days later I'm under the hood, wiring in the connector. When I pushed it on, there was a satisfying "click". I tugged to make sure the connection was secure and it was. No more "me too" products from foreign manufacturers. Delco has the best warranty too! ACDelco PT308 Male 1-Way Wire Connector with Leads

It worked
It was an exact replacement for my broken connector. It worked as it was supposed to work. It is nothing special, just an electrical connector. If you need it, then buy it.
