These are honestly the BEST thing you could have when recovering from a c section! The fit is so comfortable, they don't ride up on your booty cheeks and they are high rise so they don't rub on a c section wound but they cover it and feel like it holds you in nicely so that nothing snags on your stitches or wound! These are super absorbent and aren't too bulky at all, they feel like normal underwear honestly! The design is girly and makes you feel like you aren't wearing adult diapers! These are seriously my favorite item I bought to bring to the hospital! I just brought some to my friend today who gave birth this week, you don't want to do postpartum without these! They have never leaked, such great quality and you can't see them through your leggings! Love these! I'm 5.7" and a little over 200lbs and got the large! Perfect fit! These also fit last time when I was around 230 as well, so great for all body types! The adhesive edges are very strong and will last all day bending and moving but also easy to rip open on both sides if the nurses need to take them off for any reason!

I have tried so many different brand of adult Disposable u declare and none hold up like Depends.they are.not bulky,they keep my skin dry so I never get irritated, and there is never any ordor,so I never smell.It doesn't bunch up between my legs and I never have leaked out not even overnight.I am an Cancer patient and after treatment I had bad incontinence and I am so happy that Depends has made such a great product that works well and is designed to fit well.

My sister purchased these underwear. She wanted a secure fit and this underwear does just that. The fabric is soft. No bunches of middle pad the pad stays put and absorbs liquid like a jell like description says. Very gentle on skin. She says it's the best incontinence underwear she has ever worn. She has tried several. Price was very reasonable. Nothing leaks through leg holes very secure. She would recommend these underwear.
