This product was so hyped up to help with detoxing your gut. It had the reverse effect on me and made things so much worse. I took this for 2 weeks and was absolutely miserable. Severe bloating and lack of bowel movement was the absolute worst. I do not recommend taking this.

It worked! I’ve tried everything as I’m sure fellow sufferers have. Results overnight and under control.(no running for the potty) So grateful and will continue to use the product when needed!

This review is for my body type everyone will react differently. I stopped being able to go at 81. I mean stopped dead. I had to use enemas. I tried bowel cleans after cleans both ones from pharma and supplements. Nothing worked. When I found this it only had 4 stars and was going to pass it by but I liked the reviews and tried it. Gentle it said, well it not only worked it forced me to go 4 or 5 times after taking this, about 8 hours later. Thank God all within 2 hours.I was empty. The poop was really soft but under diarrhea consistency. It was not like the poops of old, but I went. My gentle detox, not so much. .Guess I should give this I have no experience with taking 2 pills but I would imagine there are people who might need that. Good luck. PS Went from 5 stars to 4 stars. Still works but after a month or so I needed 2 pills instead of 1/2 or one. I’m worried what will happen in another month. Will two pills hold? PPS No the two pills still work but not nearly as well so disappointed. I’m now using “Professional Cleans” now called “15 day cleanse” works well but again I need two pills although it says one to two. I just got a cat scan no results yet. My doctor is thinking some kind of obstruction in which case it’s not the pills.
