Valves operate smoothly. The faucet has some plastic parts and some metal. The spout and knobs are metal. The base and valve body are plastic. Drain plug is brass and stainless. Drain pipe is chrome plated metal. The drain plug leaks a little. Fill up the sink and come back an hour later and it will be empty. Valve cartridges are replaceable. Comes with supply lines. Supply lines have nylon mesh covering not stainless.

If you want to work with a company that has excellent customer service, this is the one to choose. We had an issue, and they were very accommodating and responsive in their communication and support. Turns out, the issue was completely our fault. The way they handled everything was just superb. The product itself is also excellent. Very easy to install and a nice addition to our stainless-steel sink. Well worth the investment.

I thought they would be cheap because of the price, but they are wonderful! My double sink bathroom looks amazing. The faucets are well made and I love the removable stoppers. I've always had issues with the old style lever stoppers.

My faucet in my garage was leaking, so it was time to fix or replace it. I chose the black Phiestina Laundry Sink Faucet to replace it. This is a 3-hole design, but I have a 2-hole sink, so I had to drill the middle hole to fit it. The included instructions are minimal but useful, and installation was simple and easy. The faucet comes with long black water lines for standard water pipes, but I already had braided stainless steel lines, so I didn't use the ones that came with the Phiestina faucet. However, the lines Phiestina provided are decent with braided nylon shielding. There is a nice rubberized weight included with the faucet to pull the spray head back into the faucet, which is convenient. The faucet has a nice-looking satin black finish. Mine had a tiny scratch near the cold water handle, but it didn't bother me since this was being installed in my garage. However, it seems the finish is a little fragile. I'm sure it will get more marks in short order. Functionally, the nice hot and cold handles are great for easy operation, and they rotate very smoothly. I prefer handles over the round knob style I had before. Overall, I am pleased with the faucet. The quality is decent, but the faucet feels pretty light. Overall I think this is a decent value.

Easy to install and a great price. Durable. No regrets about purchasing. Selected this faucet also because of its high arc.

It is very cheaply made for a utility faucet and it says that it is made of copper. The only thing of copper is two about four inch pipes to connect the water hose and the rest is made of thin aluminum and plastic.

This is a beautiful fixture. My bathroom sink now looks new.
