Fits .38 and 4 speed loaders perfect
I wear an XL and this fit me right out of the bag after only adjusting the front of both side. I use it to carry a 4" .38 special and the magazine pockets on the side actually hold all 3 of my HKS DS speedloaders really nicely. I am able to remove the one at the bottom without the top one sliding out. Also one of the only shoulder holsters that will ship to my area. Highly recommend it as it is very comfortable.

Great Holster At Any Price
I habitually carry a full-size service pistol – mostly a .45ACP 5” 1911, or a 9mm FN Hi Power, and once in a while a 9mm CZ 75B. All of these are normally carried in an IWB leather holster, such as a “Summer Special” clone. However, this mode of carry is not optimum when driving or when seated. I decided that I would like to try a shoulder holster, especially since cooler weather will allow for a more suitable covering garment. I didn’t want to spend $150.00 and up on a quality leather rig in case a shoulder holster didn’t work out for me, but when it was suggested I could buy a nylon shoulder holster quite inexpensively I decided to go with it.I chose the UTG holster because it carries the pistol horizontally and thus would be easier to draw (not having to awkwardly lift the pistol up vertically as with a vertical-orientation holster. Also, the construction using nylon straps suggested it would be easy to modify for any of my service automatics.I received the holster yesterday afternoon and immediately adjusted it to fit. This was quick and easy, as it fit pretty much right out of the packaging. All I had to do was slightly lengthen the muzzle-end suspension strap to get the pistol to ride horizontally.I would have preferred that the security strap would have been adjustable to pass between the hammer and the rear of the slide, but the 1911 and the Hi Power, which have essentially identical trigger guards, the pistols insert too deep into the holster for this. I ended up adjusting the security straps to pass beneath the tangs of these pistols, and this works for the CZ as well. I did not like the two-snap security straps, so I fitted the straps so that the closest snap to the holster end is the one that snapped, then I used a scissors to perform a snap-ectomy. A little heating with a Zippo lighter of the raw end sealed the nylon together after pinching the hot material in a pair of pliers. This modification provides for a perfect thumb break. See the included photo.I also secured the “floppy” ends of the adjustment straps with plain old black electrical tape. Works great.I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Although not particularly suitable for our Kentucky hot and humid summers (An IWB holster and a loose-fitting tee shirt work better then.), for cooler months and for driving this is a great solution. I think this holster performs every bit as good as an expensive leather version at 1/10th the price.

Inexpensive, but not necessarily cheap.
Inexpensive? Yes. Cheap? Time will tell. Just to be perfectly clear, this review is very much dependant upon the price. For the price, it's not a bad shoulder holster at all.The holster itself fits my Kimber 1911 very well and the shoulder harness is easily adjustable. The whole assembly uses more velcro than I would like, but it isn't too bad. Comfort is not too bad, for the price, but with proper adjustments it can be better.Pros:-The price is right-Easily adjustable-Decent comfortCons:-Velcro and elastic (elastic is just on the magazine side belt loop)-No built-in method of securing the excess straps from adjusting. I'll use electrical tape to tape up the excess and make it more presentable.Final thoughts:This is worth the price if you want to "test ride" a shoulder holster (they're not for everyone). I plan on modifying this quite a bit to use my Blackhawk Serpa quick disconnect mount for better retention. I'll probably also replace the elastic portion with something more stable, but I haven't decided.

Fits us Big Guys..
This is a 1st impression review. For the money, this holster is fantastic. It was inexpensive enough for me to take a chance with it. I am a very large man. I am 6'5" tall, and weigh just a small cat below 400 Lbs. I wasn't expecting it to work with a big guy. It is fully adjustable, and I adjusted it all the way out figuring it would have a better chance to fit. It was actually too big fully out. I had to suck the straps in a little bit. I wear a size 4XL shirt, and being tall it does not restrict me at all. The holster is a good size that will fit most carry guns. I carry a Berretta Cheetah (mid sized frame) and it is slightly big for it, but with the strap it straps it in just fine and secure. It would be too large for a mini gun though, but seems to be a good medium size that will fit mid sized frames, to large frames. I have not tried it yet with my full size 1911, but it looks like it should hold it just as well. I haven't worn it out yet, but from first try around the house, it would be best I think if you wear it over an undershirt. I wore it for a short time on skin covered by a T shirt, and it concealed well, but the straps might get sort of itchy wearing for longer periods outside. But it is comfortable other than that. I think over an undershirt, that should fix that only issue I found with it. I might add more to the review the more I use this harness. But first impression it is a great value for the price of it, and cheap enough to take the risk. I wrote this for the big guys out there that have a hard time finding things that fit right. This might work for ya brothers..

It's Okay
This fits a large gun, like a Beretta 92 or HiPoint 45 perfect. You can make smaller guns work in it also though, but there is excess holster length. It also can hold two spare magazines on the off side. It seems to be of okay quality. The snaps on the holster are good and strong. I like the tie downs you can attach to your belt to keep the rig from moving or to keep your pants up. What I do not like about it is the shoulder pads, and the thin elastic that keeps it together. The pads make it seem bulky while wearing under a jacket. I like the Miami Vice style shoulder holsters better that cross in the back without the pads.
