My favorite
I have a dozen of them. They are the best nippers that I've ever used. I've owned my own nail salon since July 2014. These nippers are super sharp. The handle feels good in your palm. My only complaint is that if you drop them check the tip immediately. You most likely bent it and will have to throw them away.

The tip broke off after about seven months.
Purchased in May 2016, I probably used this 2-3 times each a month and only on dry cuticles or a little hang nail. It's incredibly sharp and has always been protected with the included shield. Last night I was snipping a cuticle and the tip broke off.
