I'm thinking to add this to whipping cream to make mashmellow whipped cream, do you think it will work?

I don't see why not. But add it slowly after the heavy cream is the consistency you prefer. I always start with the mixing bowl from the freezer placed there at least an hour before whipping. Go easy when you add the syrup (while the mixer is running), as the flavor can expand exponentially.

Ingredients Say: pure cane sugar, water, natural and artificial flavors(which could Me a lot of things) and Citric acid. Can Monin syrups be used for shave ice? is it too concentrate to pour over ice and eat?

I bought this for my daughter. She uses it in her coffee..I honestly do not know if you can pour over ice and eat.
