I have been trying for years to find a gluten free bread recipe which in any way resembled normal gluten bread without success. Recently bought a batch of this flour and followed the bread recipe on the back of the packet. SUCCESS!!!! I am one happy bunny, granted is does not replicate exactly gluten bread but is tasty and versatile and I will continue to use the flour

When sold in bulk like this I expect the use by dates to be longer. Otherwise packed well in the box. It's hard to get hold of reasonably priced gf whole/brown flour, so this was helpful. It's good flour too for my wholemeal gf bread making.

Be careful not to let it rise too much, but It makes a really great GF loaf. Better than anything i can buy in the shops. I usually sprinkle some mixed seeds on top..
