Works great!
This cost more than I was planning to spend on a spatula but I confess I bought this because it is Kuhn Rikon, designed and endorsed by Milk Street and it is really nice looking. It is superbly designed - very thin and flexible but not flimsy, and angled perfectly. I recently bought a range with a center grill that I didn't really plan to use very much, but now that I have this excellent spatula I use it all the time. The spatula is essential for cooking in cast iron and stainless steel, and equally essential for getting anything off a baking pan. Everyone I know will be receiving one of these for Christmas.

Excellent Product. Perfect for Swift Julienne Slicing.
I’m so excited to have a julienne slicer that’s not huge. I have the basic version of this slicer, then one day thought, “I wonder if there’s a julienne slicer made like this” and lo’ and behold, there was! I really like my basic one, so I was extra thrilled that this particular brand had one. Before I ever bought this brand, I didn’t care for peelers in general. They were always flimsy and difficult to use—not Kuhn Rikon’s! Now I can swiftly make julienne carrot and cucumber to add to salad in mere seconds, and right into my salad bowl. No extra contraption required (perfect for my small apartment kitchen). The only challenge is storage re: the blade. I tried to preserve and reuse the clip that came with it to protect the blade, as it it sharp and I don’t want it getting dulled or caught on anything. It’s just a challenge to use the clip so I might need to consider another method of storing. Maybe some sliced pool noodle to wrap around it.

Pricey and great
Expensive but high-quality. Buy one spoon, and don’t bother replacing it for years. I have the non-slotted spoon in it also feels great in my friend, has a perfect bowl and edges together up veggies and greenies. Highly recommend that’s why I’m getting it five stars.

Works surprisingly well
You can easily run this on top of your firm vegis AWAY FROM YOU and voila produce thin shreds for salads or cooking. It is small but can be held comfortably with easy control. Can't say how long it will last. Seems sturdy enough but only time will tell, so I gave that one 4 stars.I do like it, finally have an easy to use tool for julienne. BTW first test was sweet potatoes, just sliced through it with ease.

Flexible and Practical
The wall of the product is not as strong as thought but the ease of fold-up is the trade-off. It is way superior than another brand tried (and returned). Size is large and practical for varying chores. What is especially unique is the folding and latch ability of this vessel - comes into use making the colander basket compact when placing in the fridge (to store a cluster of grapes for example) - great find.

Well made. Does what it's supposed to do.
Can't find a single thing wrong with this well-made product. But, truth be told, I was hoping for something a little bit smaller, to duplicate one I have that I just love but which is of lesser quality. This will be too large if you want, for instance, to shave some dark chocolate over your latte. (Too big for the mug of coffee.) But it's a very nice product.

Form follows function, but is product dishwasher-safe?
The skimmer arrived today ... and my daughter promptly used it to remove veggies from the cooking liquid. I bought the utensil not only because of its design, but because of the Christopher Kimball name. Why then did I knock off one star?(1) Because I'm not sure if the skimmer is dishwasher-safe. I'd thought/assumed it was, but product descriptions don't include that verbiage. And although the basket is stainless steel, I'm not sure from what metal the handle is made.(2) The mesh openings appear a tad large for trapping peas.Yes, I will edit this review, should I learn the skimmer will survive the dishwasher unscathed. And no, I won't quibble about peas.P.S. The skimmer survived the dishwasher just fine. Five stars.

Open handle
Having an open handle makes the spoon still strong, but stays cleaner and holds less heat.

Great kitchen utensil
It is a good kitchen spider. Goes through the dishwasher without issue. Handy item to have and the size is also decent.

Good but not great
Fisrt or second time use, this melted around to top portion where it sits on the pot that I was steaming veggies in.I don't know if it's because I have a gas stovetop, but it didn't last long....
