It's a glass thermometer in a plastic case. I like this because the case makes it easier to hold on to and it has the "safe range" for bath water. I use this in my nail salon to be sure that the water is at a safe temperature. This would be a great thermometer to have in the home for kids and adults alike.

I purchased this to use for taking baths. Often I make it too hot or too cold. The thermometer is very easy to read and I can step in at the right temperature now without being too hot. Easy to have a perfect bath every time.

Good basic thermometer

Quick to respond to temperature swings which gives me the impression that it’s pretty accurate. Use it to measure the temperature for baby bath. Can’t do it by my own feel because I love my water lobster red hot 🔥🔥🔥

I bought this product to measure the temperature of my bath water. I am disabled and I do not wish to burn myself. I filled up the bathtub with unbearably hot water and put the thermometer in the water for 10 minutes. The thermometer read 90°F. It is clear the temperature of the water was dangerously hot to the touch. This product is junk, does not work at all and is dangerous. The thermometer does not work and is grossly inaccurate. It is gross negligence on the part of the manufacturer to claim this product is a thermometer.

The thermometer works and is accurate but if it gets submerged, the thermometer becomes harder to read.
