I have to say I could not believe the fast speed of delivery from this company. Ordered on the 23rd August delivered on the 24th brilliant service.These steam presses are excellent they make such light work of the ironing and allow you to get it done in half the time!Price seemed fair at £163.50 including delivery.Build quality seems good. We also purchased the height adjustable stand to go with it.Gets to heat temperature within a few minutes and steam function is easy to use via the side buttons.Overall an excellent steam press don't hesitate to purchase it.

I found using an iron a bit heavy due to arthritis but this machine is so light to use complete with steam and the bonus of doing the ironing in half the time. I would recommend this press

After 15 years our Domena Excellence steam press broke and we chose this one to replace it. It was delivered in 2 days and compared to our older machine, was much compact and easier to store. I’ve only used it for one batch of ironing but it’s easy to use. It’s quick to heat up and cool down and the steam function is fingertip control. My only hesitation is the handle feels not as robust as I’d expect. Compared to the old Domena, the steam was controlled as you angled the handle rather than push button which was more intuitive. Let’s hope this one lasts 15 years too but day 1, pretty happy.

Quick delivery. This was a replacement for my old steam press so I was familiar with the set up. Easy to use and irons better than my old one so very pleased

After my old steam press of over 10 years broke, I chose this one, disappointed in it, heavy for me to lift being a senior citizen, I used it for the first time today after delivery, a number of points I do not like about it. After pressing the steam function at the side, after waiting for the correct steam temperature the steam stopped after one press of the item, and I had to keep waiting for it to get to pressure again, this happened throughout the pressing I was doing, making for a much longer time standing pressing. I made sure plenty of water in the machine, and I only pressed the steam button for an average of 5 seconds or so. Steam comes shooting out far greater than my old one, which I didn’t like and also very noisy. So it is being returned.

I have no guarantee with it

This is a very good machine, but I have two comments - firstly the on/off switch is in a difficult to reach place, especially when turning off and the plate is hot. Secondly there is not as much room between the pad and the back upright to stack the unironed part of a large piece as in my previous Singer machine.
