Why did you choose this product over others?:Chose this because it was the right size, price ok and looked good.

This deep freeze was to go into my cellar. I cannot tell you how pleased I am!! it looks good makes little noise and everything is frozen beautifully. I had a chest freezer in situ before but as I am elderly lifting the shelf units out was not an alternative for me. 10 out of 10!! Would recommend itto anyone!

We have one of those combined fridge freezers but wanted a second freezer so that I could batch cook on a more regular basis. We bought this cookology model and it's great. It has really deep drawers so will hold lots and lots of plastic containers. I've also frozen full size loaves in it. As an added bonus, it looks good and was a very reasonable price.

It's been running for just over a month now and seems to be working fine in this extreme heat.It arrived with undamaged packaging, but when this was removed it revealed a small dent on the side panel and another near the base, but as these are hidden from view when installed it doesn't really matter. Hence 4 stars for cosmetic damage. It's very quite although the motor does seem to run frequently. This is a replacement freezer and as our space is limited there isn't room for a larger one and the choice of 50cm wide ones is very limited.I suspect that all the models like this one are generic from a Chinese manufacturer and just "badged" differently for each seller, be that Russell Hobbs or any other brand. (The all have "stuck on" brand labels.) Whether there is any difference in quality control with the different prices (different "badges") it's not possible for the consumer to know.Storage capacity depends on your needs and space, but what's there is well utilised.

Nice freezer easy set up

Brilliant & looks great in black (candlesticks didn’t come with the freezer 😉). Had to buy a temporary freezer as my ‘side by side’ freezer & drinks holder side broke & cannot be repaired. Difficulty in finding a replacement fridge/freezer, the ones we wanted were all out of stock (told due to pandemic & delayed supplies) this one is perfect. It is near silent, only a slight hum if you listen carefully. It blends in well & looks stylish enough that we might keep it in place as an overflow to the new fridge/freezer when it eventually arrives. It has plenty of room in the form of 3 deep drawers. It is very light weight so easy to manoeuvre into place.It does move a bit when you pull the door open but this could be because it only has a few things in it so far. A great buy & I’m very pleased with it.

Love this freezer and the delivery people were excellent. Service was fabulous.

Not worth the trouble.Having a nightmare trying to return it after it had 2 dents when it arrived.Got to take it to the post office and pay to return,
