Quality of spikes on ball is good for pressure points of hand

It was bit spiky initially but after 1 week of use it was perfect for use

This is my first acupressure massage ball, so I can't compare it to others. The ball feels quite hard, and it can be a bit frustrating as it tends to slip when rolling it under my foot. However, when used on my shoulders and back with the right amount of pressure, it provides decent relief and helps ease tension

It is a good product, serves it's purpose very well, but it's price is somewhat at higher side.

I had some serious Plantar Fascia muscle pain in my foot due to long standing hours.This foot muscle ached badly during mornings when I woke up or went to sleep at night.I used this accupressure ball by standing on it, flaring my toes up and exposing my plantar fascia muscle and then moved the ball back and forth.It gave me immense pain when I massaged for 5 minutes however after that my plantar muscle got so relieved that within 10 days the pain vanished !
