pense que no me saldria , pero estaba equivocada , quedo a la perfeccion solo ise 1/4 de la pastilla para un galon de leche y quedo perfecto , solo calienta la leche hazta que rompa a hervir luego disuelve la pastilla y agrgala hazta que cuaje

The cheese is delicious, you should use only 1/2 tablet for 1 gallon of milk, the first time it came out perfect the second time no longer, and that is why the milk was at a temperature not ideal for it to fit.
