First time trying/using small flowered willow and I am very pleased with it. Flavor is quite mild so this is easy to incorporate with other therapeutic teas or drinks.

This tea is not a fragrant tea like other teas but it does have great benefits. It aids as an anti inflammatory, any inflammatory and antioxidant. I have not been using it for a month yet, but imagine, as with any thing that it takes time for you to feel the benefits.

After having read a few herb healing articles the small-flowed willow herb is recommended for some prostate issues.I have been using it as a prevention because I was told by my physician that my prostate was getting enlarged. An issue corresponding with my age (64). However, I cannot comment if is works when the prostate gland gets enlarged enough to cause urinating issues. So, after having drunk it for over a year now my last annual physical exam showed the PSA count dropped by 47% which may or may not have anything to do with this herb.
