We have a tradition of giving advent calendars in our house, but my diabetic girlfriend can't eat chocolate. Finally, I've found a calendar that's just right for her. The box is big, and colourful, and full of pork scratchings (which she loves). She squealed with joy when she saw what it was! How's the food inside? You get a different flavour behind each door. At one level, it doesn't matter how good the treats are: they're treats, and a bit of fun, right? But actually, it turns out the scratchings are really good quality - crunchy, tasty, perfect! To be fair, it's not great value-for-money. It's certainly not £20-worth of scratchings. On the other hand, who buys chocolate advent calendars for the value-for-money? Judged by that standard, the price is not unreasonable. Overall, it's an unusual gift, perfect for a diabetic, and for those without a sweet tooth.

This is the second year running I have purchased the advent calendar and both years it has been great! It’s pretty big and looks impressive. Good quality product in small amount each day which are great to try different flavors and a nice little snack. It was brought as a present and very well received. Will buy next year too if they sell them again.

as an idea it's fun, especially if you dont want the regular chocolate calendars. The different tastes are nice, they can be quite salty so you do need something to drink with it. Would recommend for adults that are looking for something a little different for christmas

I purchased this for my husband as an alternative to the usual boring calendars that get rolled out each year. Each window has a different flavour bag of pork scratchings and my husband was very impressed with all of them. The calendar is much larger and better value for money than I initially thought - very happy with this purchase.

Half the packs were stale, some were clearly cooked in rancid old oil, some were so hard they could not actually be eaten and the rest were so mediocre they weren't worth bothering with. The flavours are non existent, they all pretty much taste of the same thing- poor quality pork scratchings and you're lucky if there's more than 4 pieces in each bag. Thankfully Amazon refunded me otherwise I'd have been very disappointed to have wasted so much money on them.

Second time I’ve bought this as a gift, always well received :) packaged well, delivered on time and contains loads of good flavours. Slightly pricey but worth the money spent. Would definitely buy again.

Bought this for myself as I have always fancied trying it. They were small bags which I expected but the crackling was more like pork crunch and all the flavours tasted the same. My favourite was the salt and pepper that seemed to be the only one that seemed a bit different. I even did a covid test to make sure I hadn't lost my sense of taste but that was all clear. I'm glad I tried the advent calendar as I now know not to buy any bigger packs of the product

Really happy with this, the flavours and variety were great and although the packets are fairly small, you get a good amount when you add them up over the month. Was brilliant fun and exciting seeing the different flavours coming through

Fun way to count the days down to Christmas. Each bag contains 4 pieces of crackling or chicharrones, as we call them in Miami. We had fun trying to guess the flavors, which included plain, barbecue and maple flavored. Great for those that prefer salt to sugar.

Husband loved it!! I wanted something a little bit different for his advent calendar this year, I had done the chocolate and the wine and the cheese. This year it was beer and pork scratchings! Huge success, small portion but enough to pair with his beer. Scratchings were nice and crunchy and the flavors were great, he particularly liked the maple.

This was a fun and unique calendar! Of course you must love pork rinds-these are quality and mostly the chicheron kind. There are a few flavors: maple, salt and vinegar, salt and peeper and they are all good!

I got this for my husband who is on the keto diet he loved it because he got to enjoy his advent calendar with us! Great flavors, good portions!
