Good quality item, nice taste and texture. Smells nice, a regular on porridge, and in Greek dishes. But mainly take for the health benefits. I like to think it’s helping with blood pressure and blood sugar levels, whether it actually does or not I’m not sure.

I like it
Nice taste, lovely smell, seems good for me and makes my smoothies and coffee taste great. don't really know about the health benefits yet but my weight seems stable so hopefully this is helping, Its Organic too and the texture is good it mixes well.

Really not sure about this...
It's been over a month since I got this product and I'm afraid I really don't get that wonderful xmas spice taste and smell. There's something there that is better than some cinnamon's I've had off Amazon but this really doesn't impress I'm afraid. Is it cut with something else?

So much better quality than ahop bought. Great to put into hot water,chia seeds and lime juice as a morning drink.
