If you are using turmeric for pain you naturally want the stronger tasting turmeric because it will have a higher level of Curcumin. Many turmeric brands only have 1-2% curcumin. If you are buying turmeric locally always get the darkest color turmeric because curcumin gives the turmeric the yellow color Now about here’s my review I drink a turmeric ginger shot first thing in the morning. I do this because I have a 6 mm tumor on my pituitary, and have arthritis I have tried several different brands and this is the best turmeric I have tried. Plus it’s grown organically in India. Very good tumeric, health benefits for joint and muscle inflammation, this tumeric is a lot easier on your stomach than other brands. Very fresh, we add this to our natural teas to help pain. Easy to use jar and the smell is not overwhelming
