This colander seems just fine. The tag clearly states too hand wash only, yet many reviews stated it rusted in the dishwasher. Hand wash it and it will work out fine for you. No discoloration from handwashing. It does seem light weight but it seems sturdy. I think I could have this colander for a long time with proper care.

Looks great. I was very pleased to find a stainless steel colander that could hold 3 quarts since I do not need a larger one. The colander is sturdy and looks like it will hold up well.The product arrived on time, it came out of the dishwasher, looking spotless and is now hanging on my wall awaiting use.

Very lightweight, drains well, and a good size. The holes are little big so some of my small pastas come out if I shake too much. However, my favorite thing about it is how easy it is to clean compared to my previous one.

Very thin metal but that’s ok. If you are purging plastic from your kitchen this is a nice replacement. Easy to store.

It took me a really long time to actually find a colander the size...so this was an awesome find. Nice /sturdy/good size

Cheap tin with a stainless polish. Weighs as much as a piece of paper. Not dishwasher safe. Will be returning.
