Q: Is the effectiveness of the product ok if it was frozen solid? mine arrive frozen solid as it was -25 or so.

When the product melts (if it was frozen), it should still work well. It's a water based technology.

Q: Can it be use on solar pannels?

Never---not on solar. My installer says plain old soap and water only!!

Q: Does this product contain any ammonia?

The product says it is a storage-stable, solvent-free spray & wipe product, non-toxic to users and is earth safe. It does not list its ingredients. It does not have an ammonia smell. I would contact Clean-X. Their number is 1-800-528-3149.

Q: Can you use this on painted bathroom walls?

Yes, it's fine to use. I would recommend spraying on the towel first, then applying the towels to the wall. Thank you.
