Not so bad it couldn’t be worse.
In an attempt to expand my bogan mindset of cookery from burnt chops and boiled veg, to blushing lamb and sautéed greens, I’ve elevated my sauce game from yeh nah to nah yeh. Auguste Escoffier Should definitely be considered for the next Australian of the year.
