There is no cure, supposedly, for night leg cramps. There are several recommendations on what to do. However, researching several websites, there is a consistent pattern of lack of magnesium in those suffering from leg cramps. Further research and elemental magnesium is most recommended.My wife started taking them and within two weeks the leg cramps were better. We're hoping that continues to improve.As to Nature's Blend? I dont know what makes this magnesium different but it knocks me out when I take it before bed - which is what I want! I sleep much better after taking it, and don’t have to feel guilty for using something really unnatural or harmful over time.
