Is the non stick paper?

I have used this paper for baking and have not had problems with sticking. For making cakes, it comes off easily. Hope this helps you.

This baking parchment is white.

How much parchment papers in a roll (approx) please share quantity along with the size and weight (each paper sheet)?

It is one continuous roll of 50 metres and is a good weight, but i am not a professional cook, so it is just my opinion. I do lots of pastries, quiches, bread etc and use a piece on the bottom of tins or dishes. Never sticks.
