Application: I have used the product for various purposes like drying up surfaces before applying crack seal on the kitchen counter, applying sun film on glass, etc., and the fitments provided were what made the difference. Personally, if you like DIY, then, you must have a heat gun in your tool kit. Have a heat gun which is about 1800W or more along with multiple fitments. Also check if the product has multiple heating options so that you can get the amount of heat desired. Experience: The product came out well and was able to withstand long durations of operation. The fitments were very handy and helpful in focusing the heat to smaller and narrower areas thus not damaging nearby surfaces which do not require heat. Be careful to ensure that you do not try this on yourself or others as the heat generated is of high temperatures and can cause severe burns. The product has 2 heat settings which are quite enough for many smaller jobs. The Fitments are made of metal and have a good chrome finish. They are good and worked well. Be careful while handling the hot fitments as they can cause burns. Always have a dry clean cloth handy while you work. Advantages: - Value for money - Can be used for many household tasks and smaller repair projects that require application of heat. - Can be used to dry stone kitchen counter tops, which take long time to dry. - Drying glass from balcony UPVC sliding doors - Application of sun film - Softening and applying sun film - Removing old paint when re-painting surfaces - In electronic projects with heat shrinks - For packaging items Disadvantages: - Only 2 temperature setting limiting flexibility - Takes a long time to cool off - Could have been more effective with a fitment for narrower spots or areas (Focused Heating).

Using more than a year... working fine.. value for money

It's a quality product and is very handy. You can just plug in and use it instantly. It's 2000W and you can set the desired level of heat. Useful for moulding PVC, CPVC or plastic Pipes, removing Stickers etc. It comes with 4 different attachments. Price is reasonable like other IBELL Appliances compared to some other Brands.

Components used in this product with good quality iam not frequent user occasional user but it did good job it bended plastic easily ,I will drop another review after 5days using it too much and check all are working like overheat protection if we turn on longtime how it works the second image is i used it on clothes clip it it started melting in 10seconds I saw funes coming out let's see if we use longtime what happens

They do not register the product for warranty in the backend, instead they send an email that registration is pending even after submitting all the details. Then they call u and etc etc. lastly they ask for rating. Honestly it could be easier if we do not repeat what is done already to register.

The product was good and worth. Best thing to be noted was there service support. for registering warranty and support was amazing compared to any other product services.

It doesn’t use standard UK plug. It uses big Chinese plug with a converter that doesn’t work and if it works it’s dangerous and could cause fire. I wanted to return it but I missed the return window yesterday.
