6 Pack of GlucoTabs Glucotabs Raspberry Bottle 50 Tablet

Very reasonably priced, much more economical than buying individual tubes or tubs.I use these to treat low blood sugars, having lived with type 1 diabetes for over 58 years I now have little warning of blood sugars being at a dangerously low level. Glucose is absorbed rapidly from the stomach without the need for digestion, so the optimum treatment. These raise the blood sugar much faster than eating sweets or putting sugar in a drink. I use the 50 tablet tubs to refill one of the tubes for carrying around in a bag.I love the raspberry flavour tablets, much less acidic than some of the other flavours where the acidity makes me cough.

Since my local supermarket stopped selling big tubs of glucose tablets, I had to move to buying them online. I paid £18.51 for a 6 pack of 50 GlucoTabs. So it works out at just over £3 a tub which is great value. The tablets themselves are better than some that I've had in the past, they taste good.Carbs per tablet: 3.7gCalories per tablet: 15The tub recommends 1-3 tablets for a 'burst of fast acting glucose'. I'd recommend about 4 or 5 to get you out of a hypo though.

I use these Gluco Tabs as treatment for hypos, unfortunately the last lot of 6x50tablet arrived looking like they'd been driven over by a lorry and then someone had kicked them all around the park. More than 50% of the tablets are smashed. Disappointed with this order.

Great value and especiallyy good as a quick fix of glucose for my diabetic husband.

I buy these for my son who is a type 1 diabetic. They work much faster than other tablets he has tried. Great value and they last a long time.

Arrived safely, on time, and i ecpect the product will perform as other similar orders have.
