Very high quality product
I have replaced our HP pnnters with Kyocera. The cartridge is easy to install and print quality is fine. Toner is cheaper than the HP toner cartridge. Zero problems and that is important for a CPA office.

Our printer takes this cartridge and we have had no problem with it. It seems to last for ever and is easy to change.

Not sure who is at fault...
I ordered two of these toners and was sent one genuine Kyocera TK-3162 as advertised and one knock fake copy in a generic package. It is working but when you order something advertised "Genuine Kyocera" that is what you expect.

Was sent a compatible catridge and not a "genuine" one 2 times
I sought out this product and paid extra based on the fact that there was a photograph showing that the cartridge that would be purchased was a genuine version and not a compatible version. I sent one back as I did not get what I wanted and received another fake version and not a "genuine".
